• The device is not stolen, blacklisted, reported lost, or under any contractual obligation.

• You have the right to transfer full ownership to us.

3. Quote & Evaluation Process

• All quotes provided are based on the details shared by you and are not final until we inspect the device in person.

• If your device’s condition, model, or functionality is different from what was initially described, we may revise the quote.

• You can choose to accept or decline the final offer after evaluation.

4. Payment Terms

• Once you accept the final offer, we pay you instantly at the time of pickup or delivery via:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI / digital wallets

5. Pickup and Delivery

• We offer free pickup services at your selected time and location.

• Our team will verify the device and complete the transaction at your door.

• For repairs or exchanges, we provide delivery after service completion.

6. Data Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for backing up and erasing all data from your device before handing it over.

• QuickCellPhone and its partners will not be liable for any lost data, privacy breaches, or data recovery requests after the transaction is complete.

7. Final Sale – No Returns

• Once a device is sold to QuickCellPhone, it becomes non-returnable.

• All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Documentation Required

When selling a device, you may be asked to provide:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID

• A signed or stamped indemnity bond (if required)

• Proof of ownership (in select cases)
